Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: 8-12 business days
• International: 8-12 business days

Please note that delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

4. Customs & Duties
CrystalVDream is not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied by your country.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is lost, please contact us and we will assist you.

6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
